Account Deletion Request
Use this page to request deletion of your TAG! You're It account and associated personal data. You do not need to reinstall the app to start this request.
What Will Be Deleted
- Your profile, avatar, sign-in account, and account settings.
- Your group memberships, pending join requests, and blocks.
- Your ordinary posts, comments, replies, reactions, mentions, and associated media.
- Media associated with deleted posts or comments, including stored files and video processing assets where applicable.
Game History
Tag-game event records may be retained as part of the game history for
other players. When retained, your identity will be anonymized. Your
tag-event post text, media, and comments will be removed, and mentions
of you will display as a user without linking to your
profile.
Submit A Request
Submit your request here. We will use the email address or phone number connected to your account to verify ownership before deleting account data.
Timing And Retention
We will verify and process deletion requests within a reasonably quick period of time. Some data may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, store-compliance, or dispute-resolution reasons.
You may create a new account later with the same email address or phone number, but deleted account data will not be restored.
